Política de venta y devolución:

Según la política de venta y devolución de la empresa, el cliente puede optar por reservar la propiedad vía online, a través de servicio de pagos en línea, disponible en la web, en cuyo caso, deberá abonar una cantidad determinada en concepto de reserva, la que se descontará del precio final al adquirir la vivienda reservada. En el caso de no llegar a escriturar la propiedad anteriormente reservada, el cliente perderá la cantidad pagada en concepto de reserva, sin la posibilidad de su devolución por parte de la empresa.
